Description
Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Driver/Fleet Supervisor. This role involves overseeing fleet performance, managing daily driver activities, and ensuring efficient delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet performance of internal staff drivers and external contractor partners
- Manage daily driver outbound activities for parcel delivery
- Assist drivers with undelivered parcels and reconcile cash on delivery amounts
- Maintain driver discipline and attendance
- Plan and allocate routes to drivers, ensuring sufficient resources
- Conduct investigations into driver misconduct
- Handle parcel exceptions such as missorted and damaged parcels
- Troubleshoot app-related issues for drivers
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
- Ensure driver compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- 0-2 years of frontline operations experience in supply chain/logistics industry (preferable)
- Diploma or equivalent in any field
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a good team player with all levels
- Effective and efficient resource management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite cloud software
- Flexibility for morning and night shifts (preferred)
