Director, Product Management - Qualified Platform Core
You will own the platform that connects Qualified to customers' existing systems, including Salesforce integration, marketing and sales tools, APIs, and the Model Context Protocol server.
The Experience
Piper runs inside a customer's existing systems, and this role oversees everything that connects Qualified to them. This includes the Salesforce integration, marketing and sales tools, APIs, Model Context Protocol server, data synchronization, meeting booking, and identity and access layers.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own how Qualified connects to customers' revenue, marketing, and content stacks.
- Own the programmatic surface, including enterprise APIs, webhooks, and the Model Context Protocol server.
- Own the engine that pushes data out to connected systems and keeps fields correct.
- Own Qualified Meetings, including booking, calendar syncs, routing, and queues.
- Own identity and access, including provisioning, single sign-on, and controls for enterprise security teams.
You're Our Person If…
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in product management, specifically owning a platform or integrations surface in B2B SaaS.
- You have expertise in third-party integrations, particularly with Salesforce.
- You possess a technical foundation, able to discuss API design, sync semantics, and authentication with engineers.
- You can manage a broad surface without being overwhelmed and prioritize your attention effectively.
- You have a clear vision for where the platform should go and can advocate for it.

- You have experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- You have built a public API product or a Model Context Protocol server.
- You are familiar with enterprise identity and access, such as single sign-on and user provisioning.
- You have experience with calendar, scheduling, or real-time booking.
- You use AI in your work and understand its impact.
