Description
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic senior clinician to lead transformational change in Adult Eating Disorder (AED) services as the Clinical Director of the Adult Eating Disorders Provider Collaborative.
The Clinical Director will provide senior strategic clinical leadership to the AED Provider Collaborative, overseeing the clinical aspects of its development, driving innovation, and service development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of an integrated AED pathway across community, day services, and inpatient care
- Addressing health inequalities and enhancing clinical delivery
- Ensuring service user and carer involvement in programme development
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in clinical leadership and service transformation
- Experience working collaboratively across organisations
- A passion for improving patient care and reducing health inequalities
- The ability to establish new projects and initiatives effectively
The post is offered on a part-time basis for 1 year as a secondment opportunity.
Salary: £82,462 to £93,773 a year pro rata, inclusive of HCA.
