The Omnicommerce team powers Grab's offline dining business in Indonesia, building and scaling seamless tech solutions for both restaurant partners and diners.
As the Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager within the ID Omnicommerce team, you will drive overall financial governance, P&L management, forecasting, and strategic growth for the business unit.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Lead Budget Planning & Forecasting: execute budgeting and weekly forecasts, cascade targets into segment Sales and territory budgets, and drive actions to stay on target.
- Own Strategic Project: Lead the end-to-end operational execution of strategic project to expand merchant selection and improve margins, covering commercial setup, purchasing operations, financial processes, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee Enterprise segment & Bank Partnership Strategy: Drive Omni adoption among Enterprise Mex through tailored commercial and product solutions, while scaling bank partnerships.
- Drive Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify gaps and provide actionable insights for management strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in the startup or technology industry.
- Solid P&L management and financial modeling experience, with a track record of improving profitability and forecast accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience developing clear, management-ready decks and recommendations.
- SQL proficiency is required for data analysis and decision-making.
