Working as a General Merchandise Expert at Target means being part of a team that prioritises guest experience while ensuring product availability and efficient operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent guest service and supporting a guest-first culture
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor and backroom
- Receiving and restocking merchandise
- Operating power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures (if certified)
- Learning and executing operational procedures
- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfilment processes
