This is a 40 hour/week, fully remote position supporting clients ages 13+ in Arizona and/or California. You must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). You'll also need to be willing to obtain additional state licensure.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at MinuteClinic, you'll have autonomy to build and grow the practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing. You'll provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+. You'll have access to evidence-based care and assessment tools to elevate and support patient care.

Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
- Master's degree from an accredited College or University
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems

Pay Range $29.10 - $68.55 per hour
