Description
Boeing's Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst at either Experienced or Senior level to join the Commercial Spares Pricing and Performance team in Hialeah, Florida.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will develop impactful analysis in support of aircraft operators around the globe. Your role will include developing competitive, market-based pricing and customer tailored strategies across the highly competitive transactional business and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth of BGS.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets and development of commercial insights with business recommendations
- Identify data requirements, collect, analyze and interpret data to support pricing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, market-based pricing analysis that frames market trends and competitive insights
- Implement process enhancements to improve communication with commercial customers and pricing accuracy
- Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and team priorities accomplished
- Up to 10% domestic travel
The ideal candidate, with graduate coursework applied, will have:
- Technical Skills: Experience in querying databases and turning data into actionable business recommendations; great at gathering information and spotting process improvements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with large Database Management Systems (DBMS) requiring proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, triggers) and database design
- 1+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment
- Experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
- 10% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with Python or Tableau
- Experience or training in Business Development, Finance, and/or Pricing
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Experienced Level): $100,300 - $135,700 Summary Pay Range (Senior Level): $129,200 - $174,800
