We are seeking a scientific assistant to join our team in the area of equity capital markets law. As a scientific assistant, you will work closely with our lawyers and support them in their daily work.
Our team is one of the few in the market that covers the entire product range of capital markets law and the interface with stock corporation law. We advise investment banks, large German companies and shareholders in international transactions on all corporate and capital market law issues.

Ideally, you bring:
- At least a satisfactory first state examination or a completed part of the first state examination at a German university
- Very good English language skills

- The scientific work can also be carried out as part of a doctorate or legal clerkship
