Description
We are seeking a scientific assistant to join our Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation (SOAR) practice area. As a scientific assistant, you will work closely with our team of lawyers to provide support on various projects, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and market entry strategies.
Our SOAR team is strategically positioned at the intersection of business, finance, and regulation, and we work seamlessly across practice groups, countries, and time zones. Our clients include numerous global players from various industries, and we advise them on commercial, distribution, and contract law, as well as product-related regulatory issues.
As a scientific assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Support our lawyers on various projects, including contract review and regulatory compliance
- Conduct research and analysis on complex regulatory issues
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations
- Collaborate with colleagues from other practice areas and countries
Requirements:
- Completed first state exam in law or currently studying for it
- Interest in economic connections and processes
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
