As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing pick-up and delivery tasks for Porsche Zentrum Stuttgart
- Assisting in maintaining Porsche processes when handling customer data
- Managing documents related to pick-up and delivery according to Porsche guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Class B driving licence
- High flexibility, reliability, and willingness to work
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with customers
