As a Behavior Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in either home or center-based settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implementing personalized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collecting data and submitting session notes
- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors
- Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families
- A valid state ID and reliable transportation
- A clean criminal background check

This is an onsite role, requiring you to work at our location in Omaha, NE. You will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time.
