We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, with a starting hourly rate of $19.00 USD per hour and a pay range of $19.00 USD - $28.50 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests. You will work in a fun and energetic environment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a consistent experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
