Description
Grab is seeking a senior finance operations leader to own the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) function across Southeast Asia and new markets.
The PTP team is responsible for processing and managing outgoing payments for the company, ensuring prompt payments.
The successful candidate will shape the PTP function's strategy and operating model, set a multi-year roadmap, and drive transformation at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting PTP strategy and operating model
- Driving transformation to straight-through processing and touchless invoice-to-pay using Oracle, Concur, AppZen, TripBiz, and AI/agentic tools
- Fixing upstream processes and policies to reduce exceptions
- Owning controls and compliance, including SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Leading Company Expense Policy (CEP) and T&E operations
- Managing strategic vendor ecosystems
- Building the leadership bench
- Reporting on performance and risk
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a recognised university
- 15+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 8 years leading PTP/AP or wider shared services functions
- Experience leading multi-country, multi-site PTP operations
- A proven record of leading large transformations and using AI and automation to redesign processes
- Deep knowledge of SOX, internal controls design, and audit readiness in finance operations
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Concur, and T&E platforms
- Working knowledge of Southeast Asia tax rules and e-invoicing requirements
