Description
We are seeking an experienced project and construction leader to join our team in Blekinge and Kalmar counties. As a project and construction leader, you will have overall responsibility for leading and implementing larger construction and infrastructure projects throughout the entire project process, from early stages to final delivery.
The projects vary in size and complexity and include buildings and facilities in industries such as industrial, infrastructure, and community development.
You will be responsible for the project's progress, economy, schedule, quality, and risk management while leading and coordinating the various actors in the project. The role involves close dialogue with customers, contractors, and collaboration partners, as well as participation in business dialogue and tender work.
We are looking for someone who appreciates creating structure and getting people to work towards common goals. With your experience, you will also be a support for colleagues and an important mentor in the team.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management, project planning, or construction management as a consultant or contractor in the construction or infrastructure sector
- Experience leading large and complex projects, handling technology, time, economics, and risk in interplay
- Strong leadership skills, ability to create trust-based relationships, and drive project and personal development
