Responsibilities:
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other
- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands
Work Pattern: Week 1: Monday 05:00-11:30, Tuesday 14:00-20:30, Saturday 04:00-12:30 Week 2: Friday 05:00-11:30
Note: £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added on hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
