As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will:
- Offer personalized sales service, upselling, and suggestive selling to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Engage in conversations with customers, listening to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice.
- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions with product knowledge to maximize sales.
- Educate customers on product usage and benefits, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.
- Participate in sales programs, events, and represent company initiatives.
- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty zone, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Complete initial training and ongoing educational programs to stay current on sales, product knowledge, and selling skills.
Requirements:
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific stores).

Pay Range: $18.94 - $27.94 per hour
