Senior Specialist Field Engineer - SaaS

What You'll Do

As a Senior Specialist Field Engineer - SaaS, you will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers get lasting value out of the CoreWeave SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching the field team about the platform through workshops, playbooks, and demo guides.
• Designing and running hands-on workshops for customers, focusing on architecture reviews and feature adoption.
• Building reusable accelerators such as reference architectures, sample code, and demo environments.
• Providing technical expertise during high-priority customer engagements.
• Contributing to the product through examples, integrations, and bug fixes.
• Helping customers design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with the SaaS platform.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient in Python and comfortable with coding in front of customers.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical ideas clearly to both engineers and customer executives.

• Base salary range: $182,000 to $242,000.
