We are seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager～Associate Principal(Management Consulting) to join our Management Consulting team at IQVIA. The Management Consulting team specializes in transformation themes for the healthcare and life sciences industry. Our clients include pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, consumer health companies, and investment funds. We work on strategic initiatives such as innovative new drug development, organizational optimization, sales reform, business process improvement, AI solution planning and implementation, and digital theme implementation.
As a Senior Consultant / Manager～Associate Principal, you will be responsible for:
- Leading consulting projects to solve client problems
- Developing and executing high-value solutions for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Providing insights and recommendations to clients
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
- Experience in strategy, planning, or operations improvement in a consulting firm or business company
- Strong interest and experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry
- Hypothesis building, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including CEO/COO/CMO-level executives
- Project management skills, teamwork, and willingness to mentor junior team members
- Japanese language skills required, English language skills preferred
