Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring you to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:00-17:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
