As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
The role involves working part-time hours, including Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
