We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
Job Details Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: Eligible team members will receive a $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)
About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will:
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed service expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)
- Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
