Description

As a Full Time Waiter at Accor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the restaurant, buffet, and convenience store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers according to the brand's style
- Prepare and replenish buffet displays for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve food and beverages to customers, and assist with ordering and payment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Actively promote menu items and increase sales
- Control inventory and operate the point-of-sale system
- Participate in training and development programs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including two Sundays off per month
- Knowledge of Office and Internet applications, and point-of-sale systems
- English language skills desirable
