We are offering a Team Manager - Ambient role at our Distribution site in Wakefield. As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will engage and communicate with your team to ensure efficient operations in areas such as goods in, pick and loading.
You will have expert experience managing a fast-paced FMCG logistics or warehouse team and focus on managing your people to deliver the best possible service to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop talent in your team through coaching and guidance
- Set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance
- Be solutions-driven, resolving operational problems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking action to ensure they are met
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
- Team management experience is desirable but not essential
