Description
We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Order Management & Fulfilment domain, focusing on defining the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a portfolio of products. You will lead a team of Senior Product Managers and work closely with Engineering, Architecture, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable and resilient technology products.
The ideal candidate will have significant Product Management experience, with a track record of owning complex digital products and translating business goals into clear product strategies and roadmaps. You will be comfortable operating between strategic vision and delivery detail, and have experience leading, coaching, or line managing Product Managers.

Key responsibilities:
- Set and communicate the product vision and strategy across Order Management & Fulfilment
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Product Managers
- Develop roadmaps and prioritized backlogs across a portfolio of products
- Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure technology products
- Partner with operational and business teams to understand problems and identify opportunities
