We are seeking an expert FPGA Prototyping/Emulation Staff Application Engineer to join our team at Synopsys. As a leader in prototyping and emulation platforms, verification, and IP integration, we rely on talented engineers like you to drive innovation and solve complex system challenges.
You will be working with industry-leading platforms such as HAPS and ZeBu, utilizing your strong FPGA debugging skills and practical approach to analyze complex design and product challenges, develop innovative solutions, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance customer productivity and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating advanced prototyping and emulation features using large, complex customer SoC designs
- Analyzing complex design and product challenges, developing innovative solutions, and providing strategic recommendations
- Providing technical leadership and domain expertise to define and refine requirements for HAPS and ZeBu product flows
- Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Applications Engineering, and global teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA-based Prototyping, FPGA design, and Hardware debug, with strong proficiency in Verilog, System Verilog, RTL design, Synthesis, Simulation, and working with latest FPGA architectures.
