We're looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to help us build a modern Marketing Technology ecosystem based on Adobe Experience Cloud and establish new ways of working across Marketing.
Your tasks
- Drive the adoption, rollout and continuous development of Adobe Experience Cloud and related marketing technologies across Marketing
- Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe capabilities, integrations, governance and best practices, advising stakeholders across Marketing, Technology and Data
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities, processes, operating models and practical use cases
- Develop standards, playbooks and enablement formats, and lead communication, training and change activities to support platform adoption
- Support the implementation of data-driven client journeys, campaigns, content operations, personalisation and marketing automation capabilities
- Monitor adoption and business outcomes, identify optimisation opportunities and help turn developments in artificial intelligence, automation and MarTech into tangible business use cases
Your skills and experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, MarTech platforms or comparable enterprise marketing technologies
- Experience in delivering platform implementations, capability rollouts or digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of client journeys, campaign management, content operations, marketing automation, personalisation and analytics
- Experience in stakeholder management, change management, training and organisational enablement
- Ability to connect business and technical perspectives and translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills, combined with fluency in English and German
- You effectively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and address business challenges
