Description
Salesforce Industries is seeking an Industry Solution Architect to join our Professional Services Global Delivery Center team. As an Industry Solution Architect, you will work with customers to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Vlocity products. You will be responsible for determining the optimal use of Vlocity products in customer environments and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and design solutions
- Determine the optimal use of Vlocity products in customer environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Travel to customer locations as required
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience implementing healthcare solutions
- Demonstrated ability in the healthcare domain or Health Cloud
- Experience working with Salesforce products
Technical Skills:
- Ability to technically lead complex projects
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools and best practices
- Experience with project management tools and best practices
- Data modeling skills
- Systems analysis and design skills
Desired Certifications/Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Developer
- Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner
