Join Deliveroo's Commercial team as a Commercial Manager, Host Kitchens, and play a crucial role in transforming the way people shop and eat. You will cultivate existing relationships with top Host Kitchen Partners across the UK, driving growth and reporting directly to the Head of Editions & Host Kitchens.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grow restaurant partnerships: Build strong relationships with Host Kitchen partners through regular consultations, ensuring they have the necessary insights and support to grow.
- Optimise commercial performance: Analyse operational data and industry trends to advise partners on driving higher order volumes and accelerating growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations: Successfully negotiate and renew high-value partner contracts and terms.
- Drive operational efficiency: Partner with internal teams to streamline regional delivery performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Own category operations: Lead process improvement initiatives and manage internal stakeholder reporting.
