Responsibilities:
- Enhance and beautify the community
- Build rapport with residents
- Respond to service needs and make ready schedule
- Preventative maintenance
- Amenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal!
Requirements:
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call
- Detail-oriented and task-focused individual
- Strong communicator
- Personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset
- Team player
- Organized and accountable
Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
