We're looking for a Claims Representative - Workers Compensation to join our team in Ontario, California. As a Claims Representative, you will apply your Workers Compensation & supervisory knowledge and experience to adjudicate complex customer claims in the context of an energetic culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and processing complex or technically difficult general liability claims
- Managing the litigation process and ensuring timely and cost-effective claims resolution
- Coordinating vendor referrals for additional investigation and/or litigation management
- Leading team meetings and assigning accountability for follow-up items
- Gathering important compliance/claims processing information to be presented at team meetings
Requirements:
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- Jurisdiction Knowledge: Nationwide
- Licensing: Required

The salary range for this role is $26.55 - $37.18 per hour.
