As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of the office and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, contractors, and employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in visitors, guests, and contractors
- Managing reception and responding to workplace enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating meeting set-ups, and AV support
- Troubleshooting workplace technology including meeting room AV equipment, monitors, printers, cables, and room booking systems
- Managing security and access requests, visitor registrations, and contractor inductions
- Maintaining workplace amenities, kitchen and pantry areas, and office supplies
- Managing mailroom operations, courier deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Supporting workplace events and ad hoc administration activities as required
To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in reception, workplace experience, corporate hospitality, front-of-house, guest services, or office coordination, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Possess strong administrative and organisational skills with intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Have experience supporting workplace technology and meeting room facilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Hold unrestricted Australian working rights (PR or Australian Citizen preferred; WHV applicants will not be considered)
