Starbucks Barista

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target means being part of a team that provides a consistent experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, following Starbucks recipes and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including the dining area and coffee bar
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Follow food safety and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
