Description
The Data Strategy Manager, Company Data role is within the Data Strategy and Management team, reporting to the Data Strategy Lead. You will work closely with partners across various business functions, including Business Communities and Product, Data Operations, Sales and Account Management, and Engineering.
In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in data transformation by producing business strategy requirements and working closely across data operations and engineering in delivering data modernisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver new data and improvements through feed and desktop products.
- Provide detail for product supporting documentation, collect feedback for future opportunities to improve existing products, and undertake reviews of supporting documentation.
- Participate in business planning exercises, consolidating requirements based on customer feedback, and working with specialists and engineering teams to provide resourcing and cost requirements across projects.
- Work with the Content Operations team to validate data accuracy and completeness, and collaborate with teams engaged in data governance activities.
- Partner with Strategy Managers across Company and Entity Data to deliver cross-content initiatives that improve outcomes for LSEG customers.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience working with financial markets and instruments.
- Subject matter expertise in Company, Entity or People Data.
- Experience in business transformation programmes.
The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 169,200 zł - 267,600 zł. The role is eligible for the Annual Bonus Plan, and target bonus percentage will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage.
