Description
We are looking for a Group Leader (People Lead) for our Road & Highways sector in Luleå. As a People Lead, you will divide your time between leading employees, developing the business, and being active in customer assignments. You will ensure the group's competence supply, establish and maintain customer relationships, and conduct tender activities. You will have personnel responsibility for your group members and work with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to stimulate a trusting and idea-rich work climate.
The role involves participating in assignments as, for example, project manager, technical responsible, or senior consultant. You will also support and drive projects internationally, particularly in India.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education
- Several years of experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, project manager, or other role in the infrastructure or construction industry
- Good understanding of the industry and consulting business
- Previous experience in road/mark, street, or traffic project planning and leading roles is highly valued
- Structured, engaged, and business-driven personality
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good skills in English
