Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be a law graduate with experience in site contracts and TMF filing.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Contract Negotiators in managing contract tracking, documentation, and coordination activities
- Work on tools like Vault Clinical & Veeva Vault (TMF) for tracking, filing, and reporting contract status
- Perform quality checks, document management, communication tracking, and contract execution support
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and perform TMF document process activities
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to achieve expectations
- Identify best practices and participate in process improvement
Qualification Requirements
- Law degree freshers
- Administrative experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple functional teams
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment
