What You'll Do

Legal Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Legal Engineers work closely with Account Executives to engage with leading law firms and legal teams throughout the pre-sales process. They lead collaborative pilot programs, guide prospects through what's possible with AI, and work alongside lawyers to understand their workflows, build tailored solutions, and demonstrate meaningful value in real legal use cases.

Legal Engineer, Product Specialist (Post-Sales)

LEPS build trusted relationships with leading legal teams by learning their workflows and showing them how to weave Harvey into daily practice. The LEPS role spans the entire customer journey, from leading onboarding and enablement, to sitting down with a full practice group to build agents on real matters.

Legal Engineer, Custom Solutions (Pre-Sale and Post-Sale)

LECS work on complex no-code custom Harvey in-app solutions. LECS meet with group heads, general counsel, and other senior stakeholders to learn how key processes run today. Drawing on their legal expertise, they use natural language prompting to design bespoke resources, including agents, playbooks, and other tools, that improve the quality, speed, and experience of that process.
