We’re seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store
In return, you will receive:
- Competitive pay rate
- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
Working Hours: Sunday: 07:00-11:00 Monday: 05:00-09:00 Tuesday: 05:00-09:00 Saturday: 05:00-09:00
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation
- Flexible working arrangements, including potential full-time hours during peak periods
