You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues efficiently
- Scanning and bagging guest items accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Demonstrating a service culture that prioritises the guest service experience
