Join our team in the M&S Café in Chester as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Being digitally confident and using our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements
The work pattern is part-time, with shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 16:15. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
