Description
We are seeking a Programme Context Lead to oversee the Unified Data Programme across Private Banking and Wealth Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of a complex, multi-year data transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of a complex, multi-year data transformation programme across PBWM
- Driving PBWM integration with the Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring business requirements are delivered within enterprise data standards and guardrails
- Establishing and hydrating the core data platform before expanding consumption and business use cases
- Creating the trusted data foundations required to enable analytics, AI and wider strategic programmes
- Providing strong front-to-back leadership across business, data and technology stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading large-scale data or technology transformation programmes, a strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data strategy and transformation, and proven front-to-back programme leadership in a complex organisation.
