Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with an enthusiasm and desire to improve the Borough's environment for its residents and businesses.
You must have the ability to patrol alone and as a member of a team.
You may face potentially confrontational situations, but with training and personal skills, you will be able to resolve these successfully in a confident and understanding manner.
Experience of enforcement or regulatory work is preferable but not essential.
You will undergo a comprehensive training programme and be mentored through your probation period.
You must have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
