Description
The Aladdin Product team at BlackRock develops and evolves the company's end-to-end investment platform. As a Vice President on this team, you will lead the development of applied artificial intelligence (AI), data products, and technology solutions. You will work closely with product, financial modeling, engineering, and platform teams to deliver complex technology solutions for a growing and diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for applied AI and data product enterprise solutions
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Partner with engineering, financial modeling, and product teams to deliver technology solutions
- Identify and prioritize applied AI solution opportunities that automate workflows and reduce manual operational effort
- Communicate solution scope, assumptions, outcomes, risks, and limitations to technical and business stakeholders
- Provide technical product leadership, establish AI best practices, and evaluate architectural trade-offs
Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant experience in product management, technology, investment management, or a related field
- Experience partnering with users or clients and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams
- Technical fluency across modern software architectures, application programming interfaces (APIs), data warehouse solutions, automation frameworks, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience developing or managing applied AI technology solutions using LLMs, RAG, SQL, APIs, and data warehousing solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences
