Description
As a Senior Winkelmedewerker at Coolblue in Sint-Niklaas, you will advise customers on the best products for their needs using your specialist knowledge and asking the right questions.
You will provide suitable solutions so every customer leaves the store smiling.
You will also think about how to improve processes and the customer journey in the store, be a point of contact for colleagues with problems and complex customer questions, and coach and guide colleagues to help them improve their work.
Additionally, you will contribute to the induction of new colleagues and ensure they feel welcome.
