Description
We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Leicester on a part-time basis, working 16.5 hours per week at £13.10 per hour. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, and driving awareness of the extra services we offer in Pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a warm and friendly experience
- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions
- Drive awareness of extra services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews
- Support the Pharmacist with the delivery and effective record keeping of patient services
- Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to them
- Collect prescriptions from doctor's surgeries on behalf of customers
Requirements:
- Naturally friendly and highly organised
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about helping people and delivering great healthcare experiences
- Pharmacy experience or qualification as a Pharmacy Dispenser
