Description
Ninja Van is seeking a Fulfilment Operator to join their team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be involved in the overall process of fulfilment operations, including inbound, putaway, inventory management, outbound, and despatch.
Responsibilities:
- Check incoming stock against PO or DO, verify SKU and quantity, and update in the system
- Perform VAS such as bubble wrap if required
- Ensure inbounded stock is putaway in the correct location and update system accordingly
- Involved in replenishment, cycle count, and stock count as well
- Pick and pack products based on daily assigned orders
- Ensure orders are picked and packed in a timely manner and accurately to meet predetermined SLA
- Ensure all orders scheduled for 3PL pickup are correctly picked up and update the system
- Investigate orders that are rejected by 3PL pickup system and highlight to relevant party
- Report problem orders to team lead or warehouse management team
- Ensure equipments used at work are in good, clean, and functional condition at all times
- Ensure workstation is in order at the end of shift
- Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e., hand pallet truck, reach truck, forklift will be advantageous
- Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Follow safe warehouse practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 a month
