Fortrea is seeking a Senior Feasibility Lead to join their FSP team remotely in the US.
The Senior Global Feasibility Lead will play a crucial role in operational strategy and planning in the pre-award space through participation in strategy development conversations, robust primary and secondary data collection and analysis, and development of feasibility and site selection strategies.
The Senior Global Feasibility Lead will be responsible for managing high-profile, large, global feasibility projects, working closely with representatives within the company to deliver robust feasibility reports to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, analysing, interpreting, and presenting primary and secondary data to support operational strategy and planning
- Managing high-profile, large, global feasibility projects
- Conducting data mining of internal and external databases and initiating/overseeing the collection of primary data
- Participating in proposal development and bid defenses
- Leading cross-functional teams in standalone feasibility efforts
- Serving as a subject matter expert for feasibility-related questions
- Mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
- Associate degree with equivalent work experience or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Practical experience and understanding of global drug development and clinical trials
- Strong data mining and analytical skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead client-facing interactions
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a science-related discipline
- Understanding of therapeutic drug or device development and marketing
- Minimum of 5 years in an academic, science/health-related industry
Target pay range: $120,000 - $133,000 per year.
