Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Springs Leeds Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Ability to work through the night and flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Digitally confident, with ability to use digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours:
- Monday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
- Saturday: 14:00 - 22:00
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate, plus £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
