We are looking for a Technical Product Leader to join our Enterprise AI/ML team at Capital One. The successful candidate will be responsible for building exceptional products and experiences for technical users like data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers. You will bring a fresh, innovative perspective to influence and shape the platforms and tools that thousands of engineers use every day to deliver intelligent, personalized customer experiences.
The Enterprise AI/ML team powers real-time, intelligent banking by introducing new AI/ML capabilities and safely scaling business-led innovations. This horizontal platform team builds intelligence capabilities, spanning distributed compute technologies, control plane operations, and cost management, directly engaging with users of Capital One's largest AI & ML platforms to understand and solve complex technical and operational challenges.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
