Description
The Director of Business Development position at TPT Digital is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing full stack digital agency that was formed in 2019 as an independent division of TransPerfect Translations.
You will be responsible for developing an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital, growing and developing a team of account executives, conceptualizing and deploying sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope, and working closely with client service and production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role or business development position with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
