Description
The Director, Enterprise Architecture Activation translates business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how organisational capabilities interrelate across functions or segments.
The Director, Enterprise Architecture Activation will guide a team of architects through the activation of architecture principles, patterns, and standards to address and solve business issues. They will engage with stakeholders to ensure architectures created for business or technical solutions meet the expected outcomes and can be technically executed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying information technology architectures and facilitating architecture development with a clear line of sight to business goals
- Participating in governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards
- Ensuring implementation of technology standards and creating visibility to enterprise impacts of solutions on operational and financials
- Providing leadership in developing the organisation's technical and architectural staff
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
- 10 or more years of design, development, and testing of software applications

This is a remote position with a salary range of $172,200 - $236,900 per year. The role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
